I have a nut, wheat, egg, or dairy allergy, can I still eat your cookies, bars, and breads?
We want to be transparent about our baking process. While we do offer cookies that are made without nuts, wheat, eggs, or dairy, please note that we bake all of our products in an open kitchen where these allergens are present. We take precautions to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, but we cannot guarantee that our cookies are completely free from these allergens. If you have a severe allergy, we recommend consulting with a medical professional before consuming our products to ensure your safety. Your health and well-being are our top priority!
How do I store my cookies?
Our cookies stay fresh in their packaging for about 7 days. To ensure they maintain their freshness for a longer period, we recommend storing them in the freezer, as refrigeration can actually dry them out. Freezing may sound unusual, but it effectively locks in the soft and chewy texture that makes our cookies a delight.
Fresh out of the oven​.
If you enjoy the taste of a cookie that feels "fresh out of the oven," we suggest microwaving it for 10-20 seconds. Just be sure to keep an eye on it, as areas near the microwave door may become hotter than they appear. Enjoy your cookies!
How soon do orders ship out?
We bake every order fresh, specifically for you, which means orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis. Shipping occurs from Wednesday to Friday. Orders placed after 12 PM (EST) on Tuesday will be scheduled for shipment the following week. Generally, it takes 1-3 business days to process orders. Once your order is baked, it will be packed and shipped via UPS or FedEx with priority shipping. After shipping, average delivery times are approximately 2-5 business days, depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Please be aware that we do not assume responsibility for orders marked as delivered but not received. It is advisable to monitor your tracking number to ensure someone is available to receive the order upon delivery.
Am I able to place a RUSH order to receive my order sooner?
We fulfill orders on a first-come, first-served basis and are unable to fast-track orders. If you need your cookies sooner, we invite you to visit us at a local pop-up event for immediate selection. Thank you for your understanding!
